Replacement

•	Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.

•	When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.

1.	Open the fuel filler door (A).

2.	After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the fuel filler door packing (A).

3.	Remove the luggage side trim. (Refer to Interior Trim - "Luggage Side Trim")

4.	After loosening the mounting nuts, remove the fuel injection actuator (A).

5.	Disconnect the fuel injection door cable (A) from the fuel injection port actuator.

6.	Pull out the fule fill door open switch (A) outside of the trunk by pushing in the lock pins located inside the trunk.

7.	Pull out the fule fill door cable (A) outside of the trunk by pushing in the lock pins located inside the trunk.

To install, reverse removal procedure.

•	Make sure the fuel filler door locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.

•	Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
