Hyundai i-30: Clutch Regulator / Repair procedures
[Gasoline 1.0 T-GDI]

Remove the snap pins (A) and the regulator (B).
• |
Do not spill brake fluid on the vehicle it may damage
the paint if brake fluid does contact the paint, wash
it off immediately with water.

[Diesel 1.6 TCI]

Disconnect the clutch tube (A) and then removing the snap pin (B).
Tightening torque :
(A): 12.7 - 16.7 N.m (1.3 - 1.7 kgf.m, 9.4 - 12.3 lb-ft)

Remove the regulator (C).

Do not spill brake fluid on the vehicle it may damage
the paint if brake fluid does contact the paint, wash
it off immediately with water.

To install, reverse the removal procedures.
|
2. |
Perform bleeding air procedure in concentric slave cylinder after pouring
the brake fluid.
(Refer to Clutch System - "Concentric Slave Cylinder Assembly")

Park your car at the side of the road

The driver can disable the power
window switches on the rear passengers'
doors by pressing the power
window lock switch.
When the power window lock switch
is pressed:
The driver's master control can
operate all the power windows.
The front passenger's control can
operate the front passenger's
power window...

If your vehicle is equipped with a
sunroof, you can slide or tilt your
sunroof with the sunroof control lever
located on the overhead console.

The ignition switch must be in the ON
position before you can open or
close the sunroof.
The sunroof can be operated for
approximately 30 seconds after the
ignition key is removed or turned to
the ACC or LOCK(or OFF) position.
However, if the front door is opened,
the sunroof cannot be operated even
within 30 seconds.
