Hyundai i-30: Storage compartment / Sunglass holder

To open:
Press the cover and the holder will
slowly open. Place your sunglasses
in the compartment door with the
lenses facing out.
To close:
Push back into position.
Make sure the sunglass holder is
closed whilst driving.
WARNING
- Do not keep objects except
sunglasses inside the sunglass
holder. Such objects can
be thrown from the holder in
the event of a sudden stop or
an accident, possibly injuring
the passengers in the vehicle.
- Do not open the sunglass
holder whilst the vehicle is
moving. The rear view mirror
of the vehicle can be blocked
by an open sunglass holder.
- Do not attempt to force sunglasses
into the sunglass
holder. If the sunglasses
become jammed and you try
to open it forcibly, personal
injury may occur.
To open the glove box, pull the handle
(1) and the glove box will automatically
open. Close the glove box after use.
WARNING
ALWAYS close the glove box
door after use...
To open the cover, push the lip of the
cover forward then release. The
cover will open slowly. To close the
cover, push the lip down to the
closed position...
Other information:
This vehicle has a "hidden" wiper
design which means that the wipers
cannot be lifted when they are in
their bottom resting position.
1. Within 20 seconds of turning off the
engine, move the wiper lever down
and hold it to the position for
about 2 seconds until the wipers
move to the top wipe position...
